• "Commercial Use" involves using assets for advertising, branding, or selling products or services.
• "Exclusive Licensing" ensures a logo is reserved solely for your use and not sold or displayed to others.

3. Ownership and Rights

• Rights: We secure all necessary rights for assets, enabling their use in commercial settings.
• Ownership: Post-purchase, you hold copyright over your logo, applicable for the business's lifetime.
• Restrictions: Ownership claims over individual assets (e.g., symbols, fonts) within the logo are prohibited unless collectively original.

4. Payment and Licensing

• Subscription: Access to Ficonica is sold as a subscription — Pro (billed weekly or yearly) and Max (billed monthly). There is no one-time purchase.
• Brands Included: Pro covers up to 10 brands and Max is unlimited, all under your subscription. You do not need to buy a separate license for each additional brand.
• Your Downloads Are Permanent: Files you have downloaded stay licensed to you for commercial use indefinitely, including after your subscription ends. Ending a subscription does not revoke the rights to assets you already downloaded.
• Editing: While your subscription is active you can change your brand name, icon, colours and fonts at any time, and download the updated files. If the subscription ends, the editor is no longer available but your downloaded files remain yours to use.

5. Quality Assurance

Every asset undergoes rigorous vetting to guarantee originality and high quality, ensuring they meet professional standards.

6. User Responsibilities

• Legal Compliance: You must ensure that your designs do not violate intellectual property rights.
• Representations: You affirm that all content uploaded or used is either owned by you or you have permission to use it.

7. Trademark Registration

• Logo Ownership: Possessing a logo file does not constitute trademark registration.
• Registration Advice: We recommend consulting with a trademark office to protect your logo adequately.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Liabilities: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using our services.
• Misuse: Any misuse of assets and the resultant implications are not our responsibility.

9. Termination

• Breach of Terms: We may terminate your license if these terms are violated.
• Post-Termination: You must immediately cease using any assets from Ficonica.com and delete all copies.

10. Updates to Terms

• Modifications: Terms may be updated periodically; changes will be effective upon posting on our site.
• Acceptance: Continued use after updates constitutes agreement to the new terms.
