Digital Goods: Refers to intangible items such as logo designs delivered electronically.
Orders: Requests by you to purchase digital goods from us.
You: The individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
Due to the nature of digital goods, orders cannot be canceled once the design process has begun. However, you may request revisions in accordance with the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase (e.g., revision limits or packages selected).Refunds may only be issued under the following conditions:
No work has been initiated on your order.
The refund request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.
Revisions and Adjustments
As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we provide revisions based on the package you purchased. Please note that revisions are intended to refine the design and not create an entirely new product.
Conditions for Refunds
Refunds for digital goods are only applicable under the following circumstances:
The work has not yet started, and you request a refund within 24 hours of payment.
There is a proven technical issue or failure on our part to deliver the agreed-upon product.
No refunds will be issued for the following:
Completed and delivered designs.
Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences after the delivery of the final product.
Requests for services outside the scope of the original order.
Delivery of Digital Goods
All digital goods are delivered electronically via email or a download link. Once the final product is delivered, the order is considered completed.
